I personally would freak out if I paid that much out of pocket. All the items in the above scenario are FREE after register rewards except the NyQuil. If you really want NyQuil buy it with the Bayer monitor to cover the cost. Of course if you don't want to have to do several transactions the above scenario may work best for you.
