IHOP is celebrating National Pancake Day on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Just pop in on Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and you'll get one free short stack (three) of buttermilk pancakes. They do ask that you consider making a donation to the Children's Miracle Network or other local charities. This offer is ONLY available at participating restaurants and while supplies last. As always call ahead to make sure you location is participating.
