ReplyDeleteI've had trouble getting my OfficeMax Rewards back from January.
ReplyDeleteI have called multiple times. It has not been resolved.
Today I called again hoping to use my old Jan. rewards to get this months rewards.
I was told that "if you use your old rewards" on a new reward product you will not get the new rewards. This from the OfficeMax Reward National Customer service representative.
This is very disappointing to me.
Wow! That is a real bummer. I will have to email them later to ask about "rolling" the rewards.
