Target: Coupon Policy Issues

I seem to have issues shopping at Target about 90% of the time. Well, after skipping across the blogosphere it appears I'm not alone. The issues I've encountered are:

We can't take a coupon over the value of the item.- Their policy is to adjust down the coupon.

You can't use a Target and manufacturer coupon for one item.- Yes, you can as per their policy!

The Target coupon must be used for the item pictured.- There are no specifications on the coupon therefore you can use it on any, i.e. Bliss coupon can be used on single bar.

Now, I already know the answers to the above issues but trying to get that point across while being courteous and respectful to the cashier can be difficult and a waste of my breath. However you can get this taken care of in the store by making a simple phone call. NWA Deals tells us just how to do that.

You can also go visit It's Hip to Save to print the Target Coupon Policy she has posted or email Target and ask for one. I've printed mine and placed it in my binder. I've also programmed the Target Guest Relations number in my cell as suggested by Heather at NWA Deals.

I don't know about you but I want to take advantage of Target's great deals, too! Which means I'm willing to do whatever it takes. Also the thought of shopping locally is soooo great. *sigh*
